If notification is received within 5-10 working days of this event, a credit/refund of 50% of the fee will be issued. No credit/refund will be issued if notification of cancellation is received within 5 working days of this event.A delegate due to attend this conference may be substituted in person by another up to 2 days prior to this event commencing without incurring cancellation charges.RESET has the right to reschedule or cancel this event. Should this be necessary, all fees shall be returned in full.
